Toronto, October 15, 2026 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated October 15, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security over: (i) each of the real properties legally described in Schedule “A” and Schedule “B” to the Appointment Order (the “Real Property”); (ii) all of the present and future assets, undertakings and properties of Zonix Homes Inc. and Zonix Dudley Inc. (collectively, the “Nominees”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Nominees (the “Nominee Property”); and (iii) all of the beneficial interests of Denix Corporation, Pejvak Group Ltd., Dez Building Inc., Lifelong Support Corporation, Paradise Co. Inc., Elevo Consulting Group Inc., Diba Premier Group Inc., Hannah Premier Group Inc., Pro Volo Inc., Farna Corporation, Bevernik Ltd. (collectively, the “Non-Borrower Beneficial Owners”) and the Nominees (together with the Non-Borrower Beneficial Owners, the “Debtors”) in the Real Property, and in respect of (i)-(iii) above all proceeds thereof (collectively with the Real Property and the Nominee Property, the “Property”).

Unsecured creditors of the Debtors are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
