Effective February 1, 2024, the name RSM Canada Limited (“RSM”) was changed to TDB Restructuring Limited (“TDB”). By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated March 1, 2024 (the “Substitution Order”), TDB replaced RSM on all active engagements set out in the Substitution Order.
