Toronto, April 2, 2014 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on April 2, 2014, a receiver, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Wynford Professional Centre Ltd. (“Wynford”) was appointed. A copy of the receivership order is posted below.
23, 2015 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Wynford was adjudged bankrupt on June 23, 2015, a trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of the Bankrupt was appointed. A copy of the Bankruptcy Order is posted below. Other pertinent public information in these proceedings are posted below. The administrations of the receivership and bankruptcy have been completed and the Receiver and Trustee have received their discharges.
