Toronto, July 7, 2025 – On July 7, 2025 (the “Filing Date”), The Podcast Exchange Inc. ("TPX" or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. A Certificate of Filing of a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “Certificate”) was issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as trustee in the proposal (the “Proposal Trustee”).
On December 1, 2025, the Company failed to file a proposal to its creditors and pursuant to section 50.4(8) of the BIA, the Company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy. A Certificate of Assignment was issued by the OSB and TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.
