Toronto, August 1, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”) dated August 1, 2025, TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of TAG Gallipeau Corporation.
