Toronto, September 28, 2026 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated September 28, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, over the property municipally known as 0 Mayfield Road, Brampton, Ontario bearing PIN 14222-0290 (LT) and 14222-0291 (LT) (collectively, the “Real Property”), owned by RSG Mayfield Inc. (the “Debtor”).
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below. Other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as it becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Debtor as they relate to the Real Property are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
