Toronto, February 24, 2026 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated February 24, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing TDB Restructuring Limited as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, over the properties, assets and undertakings of Normandy 293 Maplehurst Inc., Normandy 295 Maplehurst Inc., 288 Sheppard Inc., and 2646214 Ontario Ltd. (collectively, the “Corporate Debtors”) including the real property set out in Schedule A to the Appointment Order and lands and premises municipally known as 287 Maplehurst Avenue, Toronto owned by Nawar Mahfooth (the "Debtor").
