Martin Ross Group Inc.

Toronto, August 7, 2014 – On August 7, 2014, Martin Ross Group Inc. (“MRG”) sought and obtained from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) an initial order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”).
