Toronto, September 19, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated September 19, 2025 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of the lands and premises municipally known as 775 King Road and 2298 Fassel Avenue, Burlington, Ontario (collectively, the “Real Properties”) owned by Thomas Dylan Suitor (the “Debtor”).
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors relating to the Real Properties are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
