Toronto, May 14, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”) dated May 14, 2025, TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2301402 Ontario Limited and Jake’s House Community Residences.
