Toronto, May 20, 2022 – On May 20, 2022, Highline Apparel Inc. filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the bankrupt estate by the Official Receiver. Copies of the documents in these proceedings will be posted on this site as they become available.
The first meeting of creditors is to be held virtually/by telephone on June 7, 2022 at 10:00 am.
