Toronto, November 28, 2023 – On October 27, 2023, Creative Wealth Media Finance Corp. (“CWMFC” or the Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal. As CWMFC did not file a proposal or obtain an order to extend the time for filing a proposal, the Company was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy on November 28, 2023. Rosen Goldberg Inc. (“RGI”) was appointed by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy as the trustee until the first meeting of creditors.
The first meeting of creditors was held on December 15, 2023, at which time the creditors substituted RSM Canada Limited as trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Estate of the Company in place of RGI.

Toronto, August 5, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated August 5, 2025 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Creative Wealth Media Finance Corp. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information as it relates to the receivership administration will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Debtor are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
