On October 27, 2015, CHF (formerly known as Canadian Hunger Foundation) filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy in which a trustee was named in which a trustee in bankruptcy was named (the “Trustee”).
Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Trustee was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017. Copies of the Assignment in Bankruptcy and the Certificate of Appointment issued by Industry Canada, Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy
