Toronto, January 26, 2024 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued an Order dated January 26, 2024 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing TDB Restructuring Limited (formerly RSM Canada Limited) as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of CBJ Developments Inc., CBJ - Clearview Garden Estates Inc., and CBJ - Bridle Park II Inc. (collectively the “Debtors”).

Unsecured creditors of the Company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
