Toronto, June 25, 2026 – Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Interim Receivership Order”), on June 25, 2026, TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as interim receiver, without security, over certain of the property, assets, and undertakings of Bold Canine Inc. (the “Company”).
Toronto, July 10, 2026 – Pursuant to a further Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Receivership Order”), on July 10, 2026, TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver, without security, over certain of the property, assets, and undertakings of the Company.
Copies of the Interim Receivership Order and the Receivership Order are posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Creditors are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
