Toronto, July 8, 2024 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) dated July 8, 2024 (the "Appointment Order"), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver"), without security, of the lands and premises municipally known as Block 80, Bellisle Heights, 61 Thompsons Road, Penetanguishene, Ontario (the “Real Property”).
On November 28, 2025, the Appointment Order was amended and restated by the Court and the Receiver was appointed as receiver of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Block 80 Holdings Inc. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including all proceeds thereof.
Pursuant to an Order of the Court dated November 28, 2025, the Receiver was empowered and authorized to assign the Debtor into bankruptcy (upon such assignment, the “Bankrupt”) and to act as trustee in bankruptcy of the Bankrupt.
