Toronto, September 8, 2014 – On September 8, 2014, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) appointed a receiver and manager of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Aventura II Properties Inc., Pavilion Sports Clubs Inc., Pavilion Sports Ice Inc., Pavilion Sports Food and Beverage Inc., Pavilion Aquatic Club Inc., Pavilion Clubs Inc., 1887722 Ontario Ltd., 1688902 Ontario Inc. and Forza Fitness Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”).
On April 17, 2015, an order was issued by the Court substituting Pollard & Associates Inc. as court appointed receiver and manager of the Companies.
