Toronto, June 4, 2019 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated June 4, 2019 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Amax Health Inc. (“Amax”). A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below.
October 11, 2019 – On October 11, 2019, the legal name of Amax was changed to 1992396 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”).
October 29, 2019 – On October 29, 2019, the Company filed an assignment in bankruptcy and RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the estate of the Bankrupt. A copy of the Certificate of Appointment is posted below. A Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors with a Proof of Claim form has been mailed to known creditors of the Bankrupt.
