Toronto, October 22, 2026 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated October 22, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Fariba Rajabi and Parviz Ahmadzadeh (the “Debtors”), including without limitation, the property municipally known as 529 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4Y 1Y5, legally described as PT LT 12 PL D67 Toronto as in EP 57458 T/W RT RE PARTY WALL as in EP 57458, PIN 21106-0129 LT (the “Real Property”).
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below. Other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as it becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Debtors as they relate to the Real Property are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
