Toronto, December 16, 2015 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on December 16, 2015, a receiver (the “Receiver”) over the properties municipally known as 475- 477 Lancaster Street West, Kitchener, ON, 15 Scenic Drive, Kitchener, ON, 144 Lucan Avenue, Waterloo, ON, 581 Strasburg Road, Kitchener, ON and 60 Centreville Street, Kitchener, ON (collectively referred to as the “Properties”) was appointed. The Properties were subsequently sold by the Receiver and the Receiver obtained its discharge on July 27, 2017.
