Toronto, August 29, 2018 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on August 29, 2018, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Companies.
