Toronto, February 26, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued February 26, 2025 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the "Receiver"), without security, of the real property having the legal description set out in Schedule “A” in the Appointment Order (the “Real Property”) owned by 2353110 Ontario Limited (the "Debtor").
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
