Toronto, November 28, 2019 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”), on November 28, 2019, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2305992
Ontario Inc. (the “Company”). A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below.
The Receiver subsequently sold the real property owned by the Company located at 9740, 9750 and 9760 Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Toronto, July 4, 2020 – On July 4, 2020, 2305992 Ontario Inc. filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the bankrupt estate by the Official Receiver. Copies of the Assignment and the Certificate of Appointment issued by Industry Canada, Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada, are posted below.
