Toronto, May 20, 2025 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Windsor) endorsed May 20, 2025 (the “Appointment Order”), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the right, title and interest of 1000200839 Ontario Inc. (the “Debtor”) in and related to the properties legally described in Schedule "A" in the Appointment Order (the “Property”).
