Toronto, August 12, 2026 – Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated August 12, 2026, and issued on August 17, 2026 (the "Appointment Order"), TDB Restructuring Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of US Air Compressor (Canada) Inc. (the "Company"), acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Company.

Unsecured creditors of the Company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
