Toronto, February 3, 2015 – Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on February 3, 2015, a receiver, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of West Mall Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) was appointed.
Copies of the receivership order and other pertinent public information in respect of the proceedings are posted below.
The Receiver sold the real property owned by the Company, comprised of an office building situated at 291-295 The West Mall, Toronto, Ontario, and subsequently obtained its discharge.
