Toronto, June 5, 2020 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated June 5, 2020 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Utilecredit Corp.
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Creditors of the company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
