Patisserie Monaco Inc.

Toronto, December 10, 2014 – On November 6, 2014, Patisserie Monaco Inc. (“PMI”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to S. 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act with the intent of making a proposal to its creditors.  No proposal was filed within the 30 day period from the date of filing the NOI, and on December 7, 2014, PMI was deemed bankrupt.  A Certificate of Assignment was issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and a trustee in bankruptcy of the estate was appointed, subject to affirmation or substitution at the first meeting of creditors.
