Toronto, February 2, 2023 – On February 1, 2023, Limestone Labs Limited filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and on February 2, 2023 RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the bankrupt estate by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation at the first meeting of creditors. Copies of the documents in these proceedings will be posted on this site as they become available.
The first meeting of creditors is to be held virtually via videoconference onFebruary 21, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
