Toronto, March 14, 2023 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated March 14, 2023 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Harry Sherman Crowe Housing Co- operative Inc.

Creditors of the company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
