Toronto, June 21, 2019 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated June 21, 2019 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Green Line Transportation
Inc.
