Toronto, April 10, 2014 – Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on April 10, 2014, a receiver (the "Receiver') was appointed, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Global Mills Inc. (the “Company”).
The Receiver sold the real property owned by the Company, comprised of a three-storey office building situated at 1450 Don Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario. On June 12, 2015, the Receiver filed an assignment in bankruptcy for Global Mills Inc. and a Certificate of Appointment was issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, with a trustee in bankruptcy being appointed.
