Toronto, September 12, 2018 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on September 12, 2018, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Company.
The current intended plan of action of the Receiver is to realize on the assets of the Company through an invitation for offers process, which process is currently being developed.
A copy of the Receivership Order has been posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
