Toronto, February 12, 2020 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated February 12, 2020 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Fernwood Developments (Ontario)
Corporation.
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Creditors of the company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
Toronto, July 29, 2020 - On July 29, 2020, Fernwood Developments (Ontario) Corporation filed an assignment in bankruptcy (the “Bankrupt”) and RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the estate of the Bankrupt.
A copy of the Certificate of Appointment is posted below. A Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors with a Proof of Claim form has been mailed to known creditors of the Bankrupt.
