Toronto, June 16, 2016 – Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on June 16, 2016, a receiver (the "Receiver") of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Dang Variety Store and Gas Bar and Lucky Restaurant Inc. (the “Company”) was appointed.
Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Receiver was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017.
Copies of the receivership order and other pertinent public information in respect of the receivership proceedings are posted below.
The Receiver sold the real property owned by the Company situated at 406 King Street East, Cambridge, Ontario and has obtained its discharge.
