Toronto, December 10, 2013 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Carrington Homes Ltd. (the “Bankrupt”) was adjudged bankrupt on December 10, 2013, and a trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of the Bankrupt was appointed (the "Trustee").
Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Trustee was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017.
A copy of the Bankruptcy Order is posted below. A Notice of Bankruptcy and Proof of Claim Form will be mailed to known creditors of the Bankrupt. Copies of these documents and other information in these proceedings will be posted on this site as they become available.
