Toronto, September 18, 2019 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated September 18, 2019 (the “Appointment Order”), appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Black Angus Fine Meats & Game Inc., Black Angus Freezer Beef (2005) Ltd., RSV Investments Inc. and the real property municipally known as 21 High Street, Mactier, ON.
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Creditors of the company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
