Toronto, January 11, 2022 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated January 11, 2022 (the “Receivership Order”), RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”), without security, over the lands and premises known municipally known as 6532 & 6544 Winston Churchill Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario (the “Property”).
A copy of the Receivership Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes
available.
Unsecured creditors of the Property are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
