Toronto, June 23, 2017 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, dated June 21, 2017, a receiver (the “Receiver”) was appointed over the properties municipally known as 64, 68 and 70 Reynolds Drive, Brockville, ON, 10, 14, 18 and 22 Salisbury Avenue, Brockville, ON, and 39 - 85 Costello Avenue, Ottawa, ON (collectively referred to as the “Properties”). Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Receiver was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017.
