Toronto, May 3, 2019 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, dated April 26, 2019, which became effective on May 3, 2019, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) over the lands and premises municipally known as 581 Wellington Street West, Toronto,
Ontario (the “Property”).
Copies of the Receivership Order and other pertinent public information in respect of the receivership proceedings are posted below.
The Property was sold by the Receiver and the Receiver has obtained its
discharge.
