Toronto, June 30, 2023 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”) dated June 14, 2023, with effect from June 30, 2023, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver"), without security, of the lands and premises municipally known as 485, 501 and 511 Ontario Street South, Milton, Ontario. (the “Properties”).
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Properties are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
