Toronto, July 30, 2019 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, dated July 30, 2019, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) over the properties municipally known as 37 and 85 Panache Lake Rd., Espanola, Ontario (collectively referred to as
the “Properties”).
Copies of the Receivership Order and other pertinent public information in
respect of the proceedings are posted below.
