Toronto, December 22, 2023 - The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order dated December 6, 2023 (the “Appointment Order”), which Appointment Order became effective on December 22, 2023, appointing RSM Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, over the lands and premises known municipally as 311 Conacher Drive, Kingston, Ontario and 2849, 2851, 2853, 2855 and 2857 Islington Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (the "Properties") owned, respectively, by Conacher Kingston Holdings Inc. and 5004591 Ontario Inc. (the "Debtors").
