Toronto, January 5, 2016 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on January 5, 2016, a receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2723 Lancaster Road Inc. (the “Company”) was appointed.
Copies of the Application Record, Receivership Order and other pertinent public information in these proceedings are posted below.
The Receiver has realized on the assets of the Company, comprised primarily of a two-storey office building situated at 2723 Lancaster Road, Ottawa, Ontario, and received its discharge.
