Toronto, February 7, 2017 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on February 7, 2017, a receiver was appointed (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2380009 Ontario Limited (the "Company").
Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Receiver was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017.
A copy of the Receivership Order and other pertinent public information in respect of the proceedings are posted below.
The Receiver sold the property owned by the Company located at 2370 South Sheridan Way, Mississauga, Ontario and subsequently obtained its discharge.
