Toronto, November 12, 2015 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on November 12, 2015, a receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security of the mortgaged premises municipally known as 2267 Industrial Street, Burlington, Ontario (the “Mortgaged
Premises”) was appointed.
Pursuant to a Substitution Order dated December 5, 2017, the name of the Receiver was substituted to RSM Canada Limited effective December 1, 2017.
Copies of the receivership order and other pertinent public information in respect of the proceedings are posted below.
The Receiver has completed its administration of the receivership and obtained its discharge.
