Toronto, October 27, 2020 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) dated October 16, 2020, with effect from October 27, 2020, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”), without security, of the properties municipally known as 160, 162, 166, 170, 174-178, and 186 Main Street, Unionville, Ontario (the “Properties”), owned by Unionville Re-Dev Corporation, Unionville Re-Dev Phase 2 Corporation and Blacksmith Partners Inc. (collectively, the
“Debtors”).
A copy of the Court order appointing the Receiver is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
